  • Please note that once your package has been shipped, your delivery address and information cannot be modified. Please carefully verify your delivery address before placing your order.

  • If you discover an error in your address after submitting your order, please contact us immediately via email or online customer service.

  • Please ensure all information is complete. If you reside in an apartment building, please provide the detailed unit and floor number.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, or because the delivery personnel cannot access the property, you must contact the local courier company directly. We will also do our utmost to assist you!

           Package Lost

  • We regularly track the shipping status of your packages. If we confirm that a package has been lost in transit, we will proactively contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
    Delivered but Not Received
  • If the logistics status shows “Delivered” and the courier company provides proof of delivery, yet you still claim not to have received the package, we recommend filing a police report. We will actively cooperate with the investigation.
